Bahan-bahan diperlukan buat Kuih Puteri Salat @ Kuih Serimuka :

  1. Siapkan Bahan A (lapisan bawah).
  2. Siapkan 600 g pulut (direndam selama 2 jam).
  3. Siapkan 580 g santan (300g santan dan 280ml air).
  4. Sediakan 1 sdt garam.
  5. Siapkan 2 sdm minyak.
  6. Sediakan Bahan B (lapisan atas).
  7. Siapkan 6 biji telur (60g).
  8. Sediakan 275 g gula halus.
  9. Sediakan 70 g tepung gandum.
  10. Sediakan 1/2 sdt garam.
  11. Siapkan 1 sdm pandan paste.
  12. Sediakan Sedikit pewarna hijau jika perlu.
  13. Siapkan 550 g santan (400g santan n 150 air).
  14. Sediakan 200 g air pandan (10 helai daun pandan + 210g air dikisar).
  15. Siapkan ditapis n dapatkan 200g⬆️.

Pandan flavoured 'kuih seri muka' is made up of glutinous rice and creamy custard using coconut milk as the key ingredient. Within the Peranakan community, kuih seri muka is made slightly different as the glutinous rice is randomly coloured using butterfly pea flower. Serimuka is a kuih variety that consists of two separate layers. This must be an all-time favourite kueh among the Perankans (Nyonya) - Kueh Salat or Kuih Seri Muka by another name.

Langkah memasak Kuih Puteri Salat @ Kuih Serimuka

  1. Lapisan Bawah Toskan pulut. Satukan semua bahan, ratakan diloyang n kukus selama 25minit... Kaup balik n ratakan... pastu tekan perlahan... Kukus lagi selama 10 minit.. * saya cucuk permukaan pulut dgn garfu sebelum tuang adunan B supaya melekat....
  2. Lapisan Atas.. Satukan semua bahan dan tapis.. Masak hingga naik wap dan tuang atas adunan A... Kukus selama 30-35 minit dgn api sederhana... Biarkan hingga betul2 sejuk sebelum dipotong....
